Tasty Tuesday

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I love turkey, and I love Bobby, because he loves to cook!! He's making a 23 POUND turkey for all of our guests. I am doing the side dishes. He is making for dessert... Applesauce cake, Truffle Pumpkin Cheesecake, pumpkin pies, pumpkin bread, and the recipe I am sharing Peanut Butter pie. How did I manage to find a man who can fix anything, and bake??? God has blessed me!! So here is the recipe... Happy Thanksgiving!!


Peanut Butter Pie




1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 graham cracker crust, store-bought or premade

Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold in whipped cream until well blended. Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust and chill for several hours before serving.



It's rich, but not over the top, and tastes fandamntabulous with a little Hershey's Special Dark syrup drizzled over it.
