So I am writing it here, so I don't forget how I made it.
Pork Chops with wild rice and Quinoa
First off I took some olive oil, and drizzled it over a frying pan ( one with a lid) sprinkled the pork chops with Italian Season, salt,pepper, and minced garlic. I put the lid on it, and flipped them ever so often. Once they started getting brown, I added a can of tomato puree all over the pork chops and pan. While this was going on I fixed the package of Wild Rice with Quinoa. I then added a can of rotel with ciltrano. I let this all cook on medium for about 5 to 10 mins, then added the rice mixture. And let it cook about another 5 to 10 mins. I used 4 pork chops by the way too. It was very tasty and the kids liked it too.
