Dinner- Chicken seasoned with low fat italian dressing, broc, and a salad, maybe some quienna or brown rice
Monday~Slow Cooker Lamb stew with rigatoni
Tuesday~ Orange and Balsamic Chicken breasts, roasted red potatoes, and mixed veggies
Weds~ Popcorn Fish, mac n cheese and a veggie
Thursday~ St. Patties Day
Cabbage, potatoes, and corn beef.. with some green soda
Friday~ Tilipia fish tacos,rice, avacado salad
Saturday~ Eye of Round Roast, roasted winter veggies, and mashed cauliflower
