Target has updated it's coupon policy..

Target has made some changes to their coupon policy. The most important changes that I want to point out is a new limit on the quantity of coupons that can be used.
Here is a quick summary of the updates that you’ll find:
1. Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day.
*This means that if the coupon has wording on it that limits the use to less than 4 (like P&G coupons), you may not use 4.
2. Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer coupons may receive coupon value returned back in Target GiftCard.
*This means that if you buy Dawn Dish detergent for $2.59 (for example) and use a $1 Manufacturer’s Coupon on it and then you decide to return it, you may only get $1.59 refunded to you. Then the additional $1 will be placed on a Target Gift Card. Also note that if you also happened to use a Target store coupon on that purchase, that amount will not be refunded.
3. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon.
You can check out Target’s New Coupon Policy here.
What do you think about these changes?
