I have always wanted to try canning, and I am always a little overwhelmed, and SCARED! Ball came out with this product, so I thought hmmm wonder if I could give it ago. I like to be able to make my goodies from the farmer's market last longer.
I picked this up from Ingles for like $7 ( it's usually over $12) with coupons!! So I am dying to try it out. I am going to do pickles, salsa, and maybe a jam first..
