Super Easy, Make ahead breakfast idea for school mornings.... I found this here at Gwaltney Foods
Mix pancake mix as directed and add cooked sausage crumbles. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam and full with pancake batter. Sprinkle the extra sausage on top and bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Enjoy these delicious bites!
Here are mine ( they freeze good too!)
