Ro*Tel Dip Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or sausage

1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel 

1  (16 oz.) Velveeta

Directions

• Crumble ground beef or sausage and cook over medium heat until browned.  Drain any fat.
• Slice Velveeta and add to beef or sausage, cook until cheese is melted.  Stir in tomatoes.
• Keep warm in crock pot, and serve with tortilla chips.  I think we’ve got to make this one this weekend!
